Where have I been?

Where have I been, you might ask. And rightly so. My last post was more than four months ago. And I apologize to those listeners who missed me.

You may not know that I have been hosting a radio parenting show, “Parenting Matters” for some time and things got out of control. So I had to take some time to get back on track. And no, that’s not me or any of my guests in the picture on the right.

All or my shows are now available as an audio blog online. Check them out on WWW.parenting-matters.com.  If you have enough interest, and I learn how, I will soon be posting them as Pod Casts.

Each of my shows features  1-3 guests, together we discuss topics directed at making patenting easier and more efficient.  Some recent topics are: The value of chores, featuring Psychologist Dr. James Wellborn; Prevention and treatment of in home accidents, with emergency specialist, Dr. Brad Hoover; What to do with Grandma when she in unable to care for herself,  with Dr. Wes Eli,  an intensive care specialist at Vanderbilt; The value of pets, with veterinarian Dr. Heather Bowling; and many more.

You can listen to our shows via radio if you live in and around Nashville on WBOU 100.5  FM or streaming at WBOU.org every Tuesday and Thursday 11:30 to noon.

I will be returning to Parentingwithdrpar.com as soon as tomorrow with a guest blogger Janice Russell parentingdisasters.com. Then, hopefully, I’ll get one of my own posted next week!

In the meantime, stay warm, stay safe, and stay well!
