Messengers in Denim, The Amazing Things Parents Can Learn from Teens is celebrating its first birthday by going on a virtual, world book tour. You can be a part of it!! With you we will be able to help parents throughout the world raise their kids to be men and women of character. In addition I will donate $1.00 to Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for every book sold during the month of October. Sales are recorded by Nielsen Book Scan which records about 75% of sales, but does not include those sold by Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart.
First send this invitation to your friends on face book, twitter, any other social media, and e-mail, asking them to join the tour, and to forward this invitation to their friends as well. This should take only a minute of your time, and many families, parents, and children, as well as Messengers, will appreciate your efforts!
Then, bring the tour to your city by clicking on: http://www.theworldbooktour.com/. This will place a red dot on the City, State, and Country from which you posted, but it will not show your name, URL, or address.
While on that site, read the book introduction and the FAQ. If you have time read the author’s bio, the endorsements, and anything else that interests you on the site.
That’s all there is to it! You can come back to the spinning globe any time to see where the tour is going! It should be fun, sorry there is no way to send cake and ice-cream on line – or is there?
