I hope you all had a wonderful year; I wish you all a great, fun, and prosperous new year!
Bring on the new year; I’m ready!!
I don’t know about you, but I am ready for a new start! Not that 2010 was bad, on the contrary, it was wonderful! But I need to make some changes and 2011 is the time to start!
So good bye 2010, hello 2011.
Some of the things I plan for this year:
Read at least 75% of the books I buy.
Visit the library at least once a month.
Visit the Y twice a week until it’s warm enough to exercise out side.
Join the Knights (I’ve been putting this off for 30 years)
So something everyday to market “Messengers in Denim”.
Get working on my new book, “Love Your Kids Enough to Treat Them Like Dogs!”
Write a blog 2-3 times a week.
Have a cook-out for the neighborhood!
There are dozens of other things I should do, but this will be a good start. It’s the first time I ever made New Year Resolutions, so we’ll have to see how it goes.
And please hold me to them. If you are wondering how I’m doing send a comment on this blog, or on my website: http://https://parentingwithdrpar.com//, or e-mail me at par.donahue@comcast.net!
I look forward to hearing from you!
Happy New Year!
