One of the great thing about summer is kids being able to spend more time playing out doors in parks, ball fields, and pools. But with lots of organized or unorganized activities comes a risk of injury. Lot’s of good can come from playing outdoors and youth sports, besides having fun, kids can build skills and learn valuable life lessons.
Of course, good parents are concerned about how much play is too much, when can an injured player return to action, how to prevent and treat injuries, and a host of other things. To help answer these and many other questions Coach Schumacher and I will present a short program at the Brentwood Library on June 9th at 6:30 PM.
If you live in the Brentwood area plan to attend, and if you have friends or relatives who live here share this notice with them. This is a free seminar, but pre-registration is required; click here to register.
