Monday is our wedding anniversary and it is followed in a week by Labor Day. To celebrate both of these holdays I am giving away another book! “Study Guide for Messengers in Denim.” Those of you who have read “Messengers” know that it is filled with lots of stories and literally packed with information.
The question for many has become “How do we get this information into our lives and the lives of our children?” To answer that concern, and to aid parents and group leaders, I have written a study guide.
This guide is more than just a review of the material, it contains reflections for the leader/reader to prepare him/her to guide others through these important lessons. Then follows discussion questions which will bring the lesson home by subsituting your personal stories for the stories in the book. In today’s changing culture we parents need all the help we can get and this study guide will be just the ticket every family needs.
Whereas it is designed to aid group discussions, it can be useful as “Cliff Notes” in lieu of reading the entire book. (Maybe I shouldnt tell you that).
